|Position||Environmental Services Tech / Housekeeper|
|Maintains hospital facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition to provide a suitable environment for patient care and staff work. Performs a variety of housekeeping duties that include dusting, washing, and disinfecting furniture, fixtures and equipment; sweeping, moping, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors; gathering and disposing of refuse; arranging and moving furniture; and performing similar tasks. Keep entryways and exits clear of trash and cleaning glass doors and enclosures. Washes and cleans windows in rooms, hallways, and exits/entries. The incumbent works in an atmosphere that is autonomous, yet team oriented. May work to 24 hours per week depending on need of organization.|
|A high school diploma or GED is required. The ability to read, write and speak English is mandatory. Prior experience in laundry and/or housekeeping desired.|
