General Description:
Primary responsibility of screening patients and visitors at assigned entrances prior to them entering the building using provided protocols and resources. Provides excellent customer service with each patient/visitor encounter. Uses provided algorithms and screening guidelines to screen all patients and visitors who enter the building. Redirects them as necessary to receive their necessary care in a safe manner. Ensure proper utilization of Protection Personal Equipment (PPE) for employees, patients, and visitors.
Experience/Education Requirements:
High school graduate or GED preferred. Prior experience with customer service preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and employees. Ability to maintain composure in a busy working environment.
