Stephanie Vampola, D.O.
Dr. Vampola grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska, and attended undergrad at Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, where she majored in Biology and minored in music and Spanish. Dr. Vampola then attended Medical School at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency at Trinity Bettendorf Family Practice Residency, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She has a passion for treating pediatric, sports medicine, and women’s health patients but is looking forward to serving all health care needs of Audubon County residents.

Anissa Irlmeier, PA-C
Anissa J. Irlmeier began working at AFHC in July of 2012. Prior to AFHC Anissa worked at the Manning Family Healthcare Clinic and began there in 1995. Anissa attended Iowa Methodist School of Nursing in Des Moines and she graduated in 1988. She attended the PA program at the University of North Dakota graduating in 1995. Anissa had worked full time in family practice including ER coverage, nursing home, and substance abuse. Her special interests include womens health, mental health, and chronic disease such as diabetes.
Vivian Chance, ARNP
Vivian Chance began serving patients in Audubon County in 2013. She started working at Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics in May of 2017, and became an official employee in May 2018. Vivian worked for over 20 years as an RN before she attended Creighton University and graduated in 2009 and became an ARNP. Vivan’s special interests include Pediatrics, ENT, and Nutritional/Preventative health. Vivian is accepting new patients in both the Audubon and Exira Clinics.
