Benefits
Paid Time Off
Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics believes that employees should have opportunities to enjoy time away from work to help balance their lives. For this reason, we provide a program of Paid Time Off (PTO) to all full-and part-time employees. PTO is a time-off-with-pay program to provide employees the freedom to decide how to use their personal time off. Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics believes this program offers more liberal time off with pay than traditional vacation, sick and personal time packages.
Employees begin earning PTO immediately and are eligible to use their PTO following successful completion of the orientation period. Non-exempt employees earn PTO at the rate of 8.46% of hours worked per pay period. Exempt Employees earn PTO at the rate of 10.38% of hours worked per pay period. PTO accrual rates increase after every five years of service.

Employees that elect the Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) are eligible to create a Health Savings Account (HSA). HSAs are a great way to save money and efficiently pay for medical expenses. HSAs are tax-advantaged savings accounts that accompany high deductible health plans (HDHPs).
Elective Insurance
Employees also have the option to enroll in accident, cancer, and critical care insurance through Guardian.
Retirement Programs
