Holiday Festivities at ACMH Spread CheerDecember 23, 2025
Continuing the festivities throughout the hospital, ACMH had employee events leading up to the holidays to keep morale high. Starting December 1st, each department had two and a half weeks to decorate their trees with whatever they chose. All departments including both Audubon and Exira Rural Healthcare Clinics participated in submitting photos of their trees for the Department Decoration Contest. Open to all staff members, voting took place on December 18th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., allowing staff to look carefully at each picture of the trees before deciding which one should take first place.

A Night with SantaDecember 22, 2025
On Monday, December 15th, 2025, the ACMH Employee’s Club held their annual Night With Santa gathering. One of the event organizers and long-time Employee’s Club member, Sue Wede along with fellow elves, Paul Mormann, Kylie Stroeher, and Kandi Tague, created a space that turned ACMH into Santa’s workshop. The event itself was held at The Gathering Place with ACMH employees and their families anxiously awaiting their time with Santa. Filling the room with laughter and holiday cheer, ACMH’s families enjoyed goodies supplied by the Employee’s Club while waiting their turn to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas.
