The Audubon County Hospital Foundation, in conjunction with the Audubon County Fair Board hosted the 3rd Annual Audubon Mud Run on Saturday, July 16, 2016. The race track at the Audubon County Fair Grounds was transformed into a 1-mile fun mud run/walk obstacle course. Participants had the chance to run through mud pits, climb over walls, navigate through tire fields, and tackle a handful of other surprise obstacles before reaching the finish line. The run accommodated runners of any skill level and emphasizes the fun of the event over speed or agility.

Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Audubon County Hospital Foundation are held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. The meetings are held in the board room in the administration wing of Audubon County Memorial Hospital.
