Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics is hosting a free Health and Wellness Fair on September, 23, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for community members of all ages at the Audubon Community High School Activities Center and parking lot. The fair is a collaboration of healthcare facilities, public health, social service agencies, and emergency response agencies.
The fair will feature health and wellness booths with raffles, giveaways, health and wellness information, health assessment equipment, prizes, and a free lunch that will be served from 12:00 -1:00PM. Activities include a teddy bear clinic, health assessment report, fire safety house training, prescription drug drop-off, VirtuSense screening, a healthy cooking demonstration, children’s agility course and other children’s activities.
Information about all medical services and specialties offered at ACMH will also be available.
