ACMH resources during COVID-19

As cases of COVID-19 increase across the country, it is more important than ever to know what valuable resources you have in your local community. At Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics our top priority is the health and safety of our patients and community.

Celebrating National Rural Health Day

Rural communities are wonderful places to live and work, which is why an estimated 57 million people – nearly one in five Americans – call them home. These small towns, farming communities and frontier areas are places where neighbors know each other, listen to each other, respect each other, and work together to benefit the greater good. They are also some of the best places to start a business and test your “entrepreneurial spirit.” These communities provide the rest of the country with a wealth of services and commodities, and they are the economic engine that has helped the United States become the world economic power it is today.

Recognizing National Diabetes Awareness Month

In recognition of National Diabetes Awareness Month, Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics is committed to raising awareness of diabetes.

Recognition of National Lung Cancer Awareness Month

In recognition of National Lung Cancer Awareness Month, Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics is committed to raising awareness of lung cancer and the benefits of early detection. The ACMH radiology department offers a lung cancer screening test, in which patients undergo a low-dose computed tomography (CT) scan.
