| General Description: | |
|
Under general supervision, performs various complex and complicated administrative and support duties for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and the Human Resources Director. Must be an independent worker that can meet the day-to-day needs of the administrative office including office procedures, reception, clerical functions, filing, mail sorting, coordinating calendar activities, scheduling meetings, etc. Assist with the collection and maintenance of records related to contracts, policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, quality, compliance, safety, and other key functions for the organization. Assists with administrative human resources functions including benefits information, personnel files, employee inquiries, scheduling interviews, background screenings, etc. Assists with meeting coordination including preparing agendas, distributing meeting packets, recording minutes, etc. Assists with internal and external event coordination. Maintains permanent records of and assists in the coordination of credentialing documents of the medical staff. Responsible for planning and coordinating internal and external events. |

| Experience/Education Requirements: | |
|
An associate or bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent in a related field preferred or will accept experience in lieu of degree. Experience in providing administrative support at the executive level highly preferred. Paralegal experience is beneficial but not required. Experience in event planning and coordination required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional customer service skills. Highly developed problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and frequent interruptions. Ability to prioritize meeting deadlines on daily work and special projects. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Must exhibit a high degree of responsibility for confidential matters.
