Telehealth Services Available at Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics

In an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19, the providers at Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics all have the ability to see patients via telehealth. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us at 712-563-4611.

Patients are able to interact with their provider from the safety of their home, and will need to use a smart phone, tablet, or computer that has a camera, microphone, and speakers. While telehealth isn’t the right choice for all appointments, it is a great option for patients who are due for follow-up care, patients who have chronic health issues, patients who need prescription refills, or very minor acute issues such as rashes, pink eye, small wounds, etc. At this time, providers are still seeing patients in Audubon Family Health Clinic as regular, and Exira Medical Clinic by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Our telehealth services offers an alternative healthcare option for patients that need to avoid potential exposure by going out in public. Patients who are able to come to the clinic should call for an appointment at 712-563-4611.  Staff will ask screening questions to make sure we are prepared to provide for your safety during the visit.  All staff are wearing masks and taking the necessary precautions to protect your safety. Patients will also be given a mask to wear.  Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics is here for you! We will continue to provide medical care to the communities we serve.”
