Patients have the opportunity to seek care for certain health concerns without scheduling a routine appointment in advance. Patients are encouraged to call the clinic to schedule a same-day appointment. The ACMH team will work to accommodate your healthcare needs based on provider availability and the type of care needed.
Same-day appointments may be appropriate for concerns such as cold and flu symptoms, sore throats, minor infections, or other non-emergency medical needs.

Same-day clinic hours are separate from the clinics’ regular office hours, which remain unchanged.
Same-Day Clinic Hours are as follows: Audubon Family Health Clinic: Monday–Friday, 7am–4 pm and Exira Medical Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm.
Regular Office Hours remain the same: Audubon Family Health Clinic: Monday – Thursday, 7am – 5pm; Friday, 7am – 4:30pm and Exira Medical Clinic: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm; Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
