Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics (ACMH) recently welcomed members of Congressman Randy Feenstra’s staff, including Abby Vander Werf, District Director and Beau Solberg, Legislative Assistant. The staff members represented both Congressman Feenstra’s Iowa district office and his Washington, D.C., office.
The Back-to-School Wish List for Teachers program, which began in 2024 through the efforts of ACMH employee Sarah Asmus, LPN, Director of Clinical Informatics/OPC/Surgery, is once again helping local teachers prepare their classrooms for the new school year.
The United States has an increasing aging population with the number of Americans aged 65+ projected to reach 82 million by 2050 – a 47% increase since 2022.1 Because of this, the ACMH Wound Care Clinic is taking the time to educate older adults on the importance of wound care for the ages.
