Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics (ACMH), announced that a national search is underway for an experienced leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer. This position will become open due to the planned retirement of Suzanne Cooner, the current CEO, in July 2025. Cooner has served as CEO of ACMH since January 2017.

Friday, December 20 ACMH employees enjoyed getting in the Christmas spirit with Ugly Sweater Day! Christmas spirit and laughter could be heard through the halls as employees greeted each other with ugly sweaters, cute and glittery snowmen, blinking lights, jingle bells and even mismatched Christmas shoes!
Matter of Balance is a falls prevention program designed to decrease fear of falling for participants.
Last month the employees of Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics celebrated the retirement of their beloved co-worker, Roxane Rupiper, RN. The Med/Surg staff hosted a large number of co-workers who gathered at the Audubon Rec Center to surprise Roxie with a party. It was a true surprise as she had just come from her garden!
The cool air brought promises of winter weather to come as ACH Foundation board members gathered at The Market last Friday morning. Wreaths upon wreaths filled the greenhouse in Exira. These holiday wreaths were swathed in colorful ribbon and shiny ornaments handmade by Jodi Best, owner of The Market.
