Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics (ACMH), is proud to offer a new award that recognizes all non-nursing employees who go beyond the expectations of their job description and bring true meaning to the phrase “Excellence with quality and compassion to those we serve.”
The ROSE Award was developed as an adjunct to the DAISY Award which specifically acknowledges nursing staff.
ACMH encourages all community members to participate by submitting nominations for the first annual ROSE award to highlight any ACMH non-nursing employee.
ROSE is an acronym for Recognition of Service Excellence. Nominations can be made by patients, family, friends, co-workers, or volunteers. All submissions should support the criteria listed below. Each element of the criteria is assigned to fit the ROSE acronym describing the distinguishing characteristics presented for this honor.
RAPPORT: Develops close and harmonious relationships with the intention to understand and communicate with others effectively.
OPTIMISTIC: Displays the qualities of hope and positivity throughout the organization.
SINCERE: Offers genuine, heartfelt sincerity and earnest devotion without reservation.
EMPATHY: Has the ability to understand various perspectives within others and respond to their experience in a compassionate and caring manner.
