Purdue Global to offer incentivized educational opportunities to Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics

A partnership with Purdue Global will offer numerous educational opportunities with tuition incentives to Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics’ staff and their family members.

This partnership between Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics (ACMH) and will provide access to programs for nursingbusinesshuman services and psychology, among others. Purdue Global Law School and aviation programs are not included in this partnership.

Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics’ staff and immediate family members will have access to a 20% tuition reduction for undergraduate programs, 14% reduction for graduate programs and 10% reduction for doctoral programs. Purdue Global works with students to maximize their credit for prior learning, including previous college credits, certifications, licensures, and job and military service experiences. This can significantly reduce the time and cost of earning a degree. During the 2025-26 academic year, Purdue Global awarded more than 1 million credits for prior learning.

About Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics

Audubon County Memorial Hospital & Clinics is a 17 bed, Critical Access Hospital serving Audubon County and the surrounding areas, with the mission of “Excellence with Quality and Compassion to Those We Serve.”

ACMH services include emergency services, acute care, skilled nursing services, laboratory, radiology, heart and vascular services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and surgical services. In addition, we offer several specialty services including cardiology, dermatology, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, hand and microvascular, obesity medicine (weight management), obstetrics, oncology/hematology, orthopedics, pain management, podiatry, pulmonology, rheumatology, and urology.

ACMH operates two rural health clinics, Audubon Family Health Clinic and Exira Medical Clinic. The ACMH Rural Healthcare Clinics offer complete care from newborns to senior adults by providing well-child check-ups, age-appropriate preventive care, sports and school physicals, immunizations, and treatment of occasional and ongoing illness.

ACMH has been named one of the 2026 Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the United States by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. ACMH is proud of having received this honor eight times in the past decade. In 2017, ACMH was also named a “Top 20 Critical Access Hospital” in the nation by the National Rural Healthcare Association (NRHA).
