It was great visiting within the community at the Exira Fall Festival. What a great way to kick off fall!

Dr. Stephanie Vampola’s Pop-Up Yoga

Audubon, IA, September 26, 2023 – This September, Dr. Stephanie Vampola’s Pop-Up Fitness Series began with a free Pop-Up yoga class. Dr. Vampola and more than a dozen community members of all ages and levels rolled out their mats as they progressed through various yoga poses.

ACMH Celebrates the Retirement of Linda Holland, RN

Audubon, Iowa- September 12, 2023: Last week was bittersweet for the staff at Audubon County Memorial Hospital and Clinics. Staff members gathered to celebrate the retirement of ACMH nurse, Linda Holland. Through laughter and tears and flowers and pecan rolls, everyone wished Linda well in her well-deserved retirement.

ACMH Hosts SHIIP’s Welcome to Medicare Seminar

Audubon County Memorial Hospital will be hosting SHIIP’s free “Welcome to Medicare” seminar on Tuesday, July 18th from 7 to 9 p.m. in the hospital’s Community Health Center on the first floor.

One of America’s favorite leisure activities is gardening which can be difficult for those with limited movement or stamina. Occupational therapists help people engage in occupations, like gardening, that make life more meaningful.
